I’m a runner and certified running coach, writer and entrepreneur based in Tallinn, Estonia (originally from Germany). I started THE RUNNING KICK to share my love for running and sports, and to pass on my knowledge as a coach. Often over a cup of coffee. ☕
I coach runners and triathletes who want to find joy in the sport, not just chase the finish line. And I write about all the things that happen between the sessions: the rituals, the coffee stops, the people you meet, and the reasons we keep showing up.
