I am the founder of THE RUNNING KICK, a certified running coach, passionate runner, big triathlon fan, and writer.

Here, I talk about all things running and beyond. I give tips and advice on running, share personal anecdotes and inspiring stories. But I also want to create a vibrant and supportive community for sports enthusiasts like me.
