My coaching at The Running Kick is all about helping you find joy in running and building the confidence to own your race.

My own running journey spans over two decades. From finishing my first 10K race to chasing new PBs on the half marathon and now training more like a triathlete. I’ve seen the highs and lows, dealt with injury and the search for a balanced training. That’s why my coaching is flexible, highly individual, and always focused on sustainable, long-term growth.

My goal is to give you the best possible individual support and to empower you to own your training. Not just to reach your next goal, but to build the skills to train, plan and adapt your training independently.
