As a fellow runner, I understand the journey, the challenges, and the victories. Whether you're just starting, aiming for a new personal best or distance, or looking for advice, I'm here to support and motivate you along the track.
I focus on a holistic approach that helps you train with your body, not against it.
My role goes beyond teaching. For me, it's all about empowering you by offering highly individual support and sharing knowledge. I want to enable you to take control of your training. So you'll not only reach your goals but also gain the skills to plan and adapt your training independently.

My coaching philosophy is simple:

My training is for everyone.
It's for beginners who want to get it right from the start. And for ambitious runners who want to improve or prepare for a race.
I also specialise on triathletes and other multi-sport or hybrid athletes.
Holistic.
I take a holistic approach to running. In other words: Our training isn't just about running and clocking up high weekly mileage. I rather prefer to run less and add alternative activities like cycling and swimming instead. So our training will also include cross-training, strength, mobility, nutrition, recovery and mental balance. For female runners, we also take your menstrual cycle into account.
Individual.
Data and facts are the basis. But there are also personal factors, such as your everyday life, hobbies, time, personal preferences, etc. We tailor your training to your individual goals and training capabilities. With me, there's no such thing as strict training plans that leave no room for your daily life. It's possible to adapt your training at any time.
Fun.
Last but not least: Training should also be fun. If you don't enjoy it, you won't be motivated. I want to ignite that spark of activity within you and encourage you to shift your mindset and find true joy in movement.
