Start owning your training.
Personal running coaching that builds confidence, consistency, and long-term progress. No generic plans.
Does this sound familiar?
You’re motivated. You want to improve.
But training still feels harder than it should.
You’ve tried generic plans but they didn’t fit your life.
You’re training consistently, but you’re not seeing the progress you expected.
You’re not sure whether you’re doing too much or too little.
You want to run better, but also stay healthy and enjoy it.
Most runners don’t struggle because they lack discipline. They struggle because they’re following plans that were never designed for them.
CERTIFIED RUNNING COACH AND LEVEL 2 FITNESS TRAINER.
This is where The Running Kick comes in: Training that evolves with you, not against you.
My role goes beyond teaching. For me, it's all about empowering you by offering highly individual support and sharing knowledge.
My goal is to enable you to take control of your training.
That means:
Training built around you, not the average runner.
Clear structure that adapts to your life, fitness level and recovery.
Education so you understand why you train the way you do.
Support to help you build confidence, not dependence.
The goal isn't just to get better race times.
The goal is to make sustainable progress and develop a healthy relationship with running.
Who is my coaching for?
In short: My training is for everyone.
I work with runners who want more than just a training plan.
Beginners who want to start safely and avoid injury.
Runners who are stuck on a plateau despite consistent training.
Triathletes and multisport athletes who want their run training to make sense in their overall plan.
Goal-driven runners who want to improve their performance while maintaining balance.
If you want to understand your training and grow with it, you're in the right place.
What Makes my coaching Different?
I don't sell plans. I coach people.
Most coaching tells you what to do. I teach you how to think like a runner.
My three pillars of coaching:
Expertise: I am a certified running coach with experience across beginner to advanced levels, especially in multisport contexts. I keep up to date with the latest science and bring hands-on knowledge from nearly two decades of running.
Concept: No basic or premium packages. No strict, one-size-fits-all plans. With me, there’s only one plan: the one that suits you best. With everything you need and nothing you don't.
Holistic, individual, fun: My coaching is holistic and highly individual to empower you and support your rhythm and goals. I’ll be your guide, your accountability partner, and your biggest fan, making sure your training is not only effective but also enjoyable.
You don’t just get fitter. You become more confident, independent, and resilient as an athlete.
How we can work together.
When you choose me as your coach, you always get the full package, tailored to your needs.
I don't offer basic or premium packages or strict training plans. With me there is only one plan: the one that suits you best.
This is my gold standard for you.

Frequently Asked Questions.
-
Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome. My coaching adapts to your current fitness level. If you’re new to running, we focus on building a safe, sustainable foundation and helping you understand the basics from the start.
-
No. You can work with me whether you’re training for a specific goal or simply want to run consistently, improve your fitness, or build a long-term running habit.
-
Yes. My run training is designed to complement your swim and bike sessions, help you manage fatigue, and support your overall performance. It is not intended to compete with them.
-
Many runners have tried generic plans or coaching that didn’t adapt to their needs. My approach focuses on getting to know you as an individual and continuously adjusting your training, rather than following a fixed template.
-
There’s no fixed rule. Some runners work with me short-term to build a foundation or prepare for a race. Others stay longer to develop consistency and confidence. Together, we'll decide what makes sense for you.
-
That’s expected. Training is adapted when life happens. Your plan is flexible and adjusted to fit your life, not the other way around.
-
Coaching is primarily online, which allows for flexibility, regular communication and easy adjustments to the plan, wherever you’re based.
If you’re a runner in or around Tallinn, there’s also the option to include in-person sessions. These can be used for technique work, easy runs together, or specific focus sessions, depending on your needs and goals.
Online coaching remains the foundation, with in-person sessions as a valuable add-on when location allows.
-
Coaching involves regular check-ins, and messaging via WhatsApp, email or video call. I use KULG and Azum for plans. Standalone training plans can also come via a shared Google Doc.
